What can you expect on your first visit to Pelham Hills Dentistry?

We consider the first visit to your dental home as the most important. Our goal is to get to know you as a person, not just a patient, to provide highly personalized dental services. It is also a chance for you to get to know our team. Make sure to ask one of our receptionists for a small tour of the clinic and they will be happy to do so.

The very first step to cleaner teeth? Complete a patient medical form. After this, we look over your complete medical and dental history, as such factors can have a significant impact on your oral health, as well as other health conditions. The dentist will perform a thorough clinical examination that includes cavity-detecting x-rays, soft tissue, cancer screening, etc. We will then discuss our findings with you and together we will provide a treatment plan that fits your needs.

If there is an EMERGENCY dental need or an area of priority, we will proceed with that first, otherwise we will guide you to our Comprehensive Hygiene program. Our qualified hygienists are compassionate and emphatic. We pride ourselves on providing an open, non-judgmental space where you can discuss your dental concerns without worry.
