Dr. Hrynyk graduated from Danylo Halytsky Lviv National Medical University, Ukraine in 2008. He also graduated from the University of Western Ontario - Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry, in 2016.
Dr. Hrynyk was born and raised in Ternopil, Ukraine where he practiced dentistry for two years until he moved to Canada. Dr. Hrynyk and his young family reside in Niagara Region since 2016 and was very happy to join the team of Dr. Ken Sawatzky in 2019.
For Dr. Hrynyk, dentistry is not only about providing high-quality dental services like exams, extractions, fillings and cosmetic procedures, it’s about making all interactions with his patients a comfortable and enjoyable experience. His dental philosophy is based on what is in the best interest of his patients overall dental health. He strives on making his patients feel welcomed and comfortable in the dental clinic setting. Dentistry is so attractive to Dr. Hrynyk because of the immediacy of results whereby in one visit a patient can arrive in intense agony and leave sporting a new smile and greater confidence.
Dr. Hrynyk believes that balancing his professional and personal life is extremely important. He loves spending time outdoors with his wife and two children while camping, skiing and road cycling. Dr. Hrynyk speaks four different languages to service a variety of patients from various cultures including English, Ukrainian, Russian and Polish.

Penny graduated as a Certified Dental Assistant from Niagara College in 1989. She completed the Preventative Dental Assistant Course (Level II) at the University Of Western Ontario in 1994. With many years of experience at the office she is able to provide patients with a warm, friendly, family environment.
When not working she enjoys staying active while spending time with her 2 young adult children, family and friends.
Susan (Sue) is a Registered Dental Hygienist and has been with the office for over 18 years. She has been in the dental profession for over 30 years - starting out as a dental assistant. Her experience is an asset to our team. Sue loves her role in the dental team and this is evident in her dedication to her role as a hygienist, and care of her patients.
Outside of the office , Sue loves golf, gardening and volunteer her time with Prom Project Niagara - a charity close to her heart.
